Teaching
I have taught in the Liberal Studies Department at Malaspina University-College in Nanaimo, BC since 1994. Prior to Malaspina, I taught for several years at Emily Carr Institute of Art and for one year in the Fine Arts Department at the University of British Columbia, both in Vancouver, BC.
Below are some pictures of various Liberal Studies projects over the years.

Every couple of years I teach in the Liberal Studies Abroad Program in Florence, Italy. This program has been in operation since 1997 and provides an interdisciplinary examination of one of the most dynamic and significant periods in the history of European culture. The course of study covers the art, architecture, literature, science, music and political philosophy of the Italian Renaissance.
