5th International Artist’s Book Triennial Vilnius 2009

I received this notification about an exhibition to which I applied and am considering attending the opening in Lithuania, since I will be sort of in the area!

The final competition was very tense and only works of 130 artists from 330 artists (from 56 countries) were accepted for the exhibition.

We are happy to inform you that your artworks have been accepted for the Triennial.

We have pleasure to invite you on the openings of the 5th International Artist’s Book Triennial Vilnius 2009.

In Leipzig:
12 – 15 March 2009 – Leipzig Book Fair, Leipzig, Germany;

In Vilnius:
30 April – 16 May 2009 – Gallery “Arka”, Vilnius, Lithuania.

Opening of the exhibition in Vilnius:
April 30th 2009, 6 p.m. in Gallery “Arka”, Vilnius.

  1. Congratulations Bella!…..that is, of course, awesome. when would you consider going to Lithuania? I am hoping to go to Italy before the group.(dep. 24/April..group arrives on May 1st!)..but maybe I should go there with you! I’m always dreaming or scheming eh…

  3. hey Maggie! I got to Singapore yesterday and wish you were here, too!! man, it’s hot and humid – we had a torrential downpour for about an hour this afternoon – luckily, I was near one of the thousands of shopping malls on Orchard Street and deaked into the shops until it passed. What are the “must-do” things here? I hope to get together with Skye sometime soon. I’m here for a week staying at my friend Matilda’s place in the Thomson plaza area.
